We're happy you've decided to look us up and take a class! Here are some commonly asked questions to facilitate your first visit:
Do you have rental mats available?
Yes we do! Mats are available to rent for $2. However, if you decide to take advantage of our new client special the mat rental fee is waived.
Should I register online for a class or can I walk in?
We recommend registering online, this will secure your spot. However, walk-ins work just as well. We love surprises! Try your best to come at least 10 minutes prior to class to leave enough time for the check in process.
I'm very new to yoga. What classes would you recommend?
Awesome! We have several Foundation classes on the schedule, check those out first. You should also try Yin Yoga and the Candlelight Slow Flow. In these classes, we spend more time with alignment and breath.
I'm running late! Will I be allowed in to class??
We know, you left work late and the trains are running late. Trust me, we've all been there! There is a five minute grace window for entering class late. Afer five minutes, it is disruptive to other students and potentially unsafe for you. Please note that you can cancel your reservation up to two hours prior to class in order to avoid being charged for your reservation. Thank you in advance for understanding!
What is your late cancel policy?
We ask that you cancel your class at least 2 hours prior to class time. This will allow another student to register in your place. Within 2 hours, you will be charged for that class as if you attended (This applies to monthly members as well).
What is your policy regarding suspending or canceling memberships?
Our memberships require a three month commitment. After three months, members must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance of their renewal date to cancel their membership. We allow up to two suspensions a year for travel, and suspensions can be for a maximum of three months.
Do you offer refunds if I cannot make a workshop I signed up for?
We do not offer refunds for workshops. However, we are happy to put the credit towards another workshop offering. We require 24 hours notice to amend any workshop reservation.
Do you have changing rooms or a shower?
We have changing rooms and bathrooms at both locations. We do not have showers.
