Kick off the fall season with these intuitive and exploratory sessions
Breath, Bones & Bandhas
Saturday 9/16 11-1pm
Students find depth in simplicity in this workshop based on Forrest Yoga's 8 essential movements and Josh's study with Erica Mather. Starting from the breath the students will be guided to feel more than think. Assists and adjustments are more feminine and less forceful. Areas of focus are rib expansion, rib lift, shoulder wrap, lower spine length, active feet, and active hands.
Fit to Function
Sunday 9/17 11-1pm
Students will use sacred geometry to fulfill their potential in this Katonah Yoga based workshop and my study with Abbie Galvin. Students will learn how the use of the legs can turn the heart, how to fit the ball into the socket, how to open the collar bones to ground the hands, how the foot allows the kidneys to flush. Students will use lots of props to open their hips and open their hearts. Adjustments are more masculine and intense, but safe due to proper alignment.
$35 for 1 class/ $55 for 2 classes*

Josh was introduced to yoga in 1999, but his practice was absolutely transformed by Jared McCann’s 2nd teacher training. Josh’s teaching style is very hands-on. He can often be found adjusting Jared’s High Vibe class in addition to leading alignment and adjustment workshops around the country.
